A Holistic Pain Management Program
I created this natural pain relief program as a solution to my own chronic and severe neck and back injuries. When I was 20 years old I was in a near-death car accident that left me with chronic pain. I was determined to stay true to my principles of natural health and holistic healing.
The traditional medical community prescribed me many options such as: coritsone shots, pain killers, xanax, back surgery, muscle relaxers. I was determined to find naturopathic options and to allow my body and mind to heal. I am proud to say that I refused all of the above which doctors wanted to prescribe for me.
Through necessity, I created my own system for pain management that invloved meditation, mindfulness and CBT. I have managed my pain for 20 years with zero use of pain killers, cortisone shots or surgery. Let me teach you how to use mindfulness & meditation to manage your chronic pain or illness.
